Executive Partner Engagement Manager

Margaret manages Ethos’ operating system by supporting and guiding teams through the due diligence process, as well as qualifying potential acquisitions.

She has three decades of experience working with software companies and providing analysis and process support for both national and global sales teams, as well as M&A departments.

Prior to Ethos, Margaret worked in sales operations at Mi9 Retail where she reported directly to the CFO and Global Head of Sales on productivity within both the sales and professional services teams. Previously, she worked as the Sales Operations Director at SumTotal Systems. In her role at SumTotal Systems she led a team that worked to fix, streamline, and accelerate processes for the company’s global sales organization, which supported one hundred quota carrying reps and over twenty sales managers. Additionally, she was part of the due diligence team that integrated four acquisitions. Margaret has also worked in sales operations at Lone Wolf Technologies, and Infor Global Solutions, formerly SSA Global Technologies (SSAG).
