Josh works with investment team members and Executive Partners to identify, analyze, and assess potential investment opportunities.
Josh is currently a General Partner at Blue Flag Capital, LLC in Boston, Massachusetts and serves on the boards of Newbury Street II Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: NTWO) and Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc. (OTCQX: AAWH). He also advises Corvex Management LP, TBC222 LLC, and Casdin Capital, LLC.
Josh co-founded Three Bays Capital in Boston and earlier worked as a Managing Director at Jefferies & Co., where he led Client Relationship Management and was part of the Equity Operating Committee. Before that, he held roles at Goldman Sachs & Co., Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Bear Stearns & Co.
Beyond his career in finance, Josh is active in industry and community leadership. He served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Managed Funds Association (MFA) in Washington, D.C. and contributed on the Investment and Finance Committees at The Rivers School in Weston, Massachusetts. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Team IMPACT and Co-Founder of the Boston Investment Conference, which supports Boston Children’s Hospital.
Josh earned his B.A. in Government & Law from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.
