She is a renowned global business executive with deep expertise in data and technology-driven growth and transformation. She has significant experience with organizational culture, go-to-market, communications, and high-pressure/crisis situations including cyber.
She is currently a Founding Partner at LEO DIX, a boutique consultancy which advises Fortune 500 companies and founder-led tech startups on business strategy, transformation, market positioning, and leadership development to accelerate business growth. She currently serves as a Strategic Advisor to InsurTech startup REIN Technologies and Compliant, a digital media data compliance startup.
Previously, she served at the head of communications at AOL, leading the company through a number of global restructures, policy and security initiatives, 30+ technology and media acquisitions, issues and crisis including data breaches, the acquisition of AOL by Verizon, and the acquisition and integration of Yahoo. Earlier in her career she held roles at Google and ING Investment Services.
