Courtney Byrne

Courtney serves as HR & Operations Manager, where she manages all HR functions for the firm. Prior to joining Ethos Capital, Courtney was Talent Development Manager at Cornerstone Research, where she designed learning curricula for all consultant levels, managed project staffing, and led talent development programs for a growing organization. She also held positions at Bain Capital, first on the Leadership Development team implementing training programs and coaching initiatives and later supporting ESG and DEI initiatives.

Courtney holds an HBDI Certification, a thinking and learning style preference assessment tool.
