Most recently, Caitlin was a Vice President of Talent at Rockpoint, where she focused on recruiting, performance management, learning & development, and talent operations initiatives across the firm.
Previous to Rockpoint, Caitlin was a management consultant at Accenture where she advised global clients across industries on large-scale HR transformation programs.
