Lauri leads our Value Creation work, aligning closely with our portfolio companies in translating strategic vision into actionable steps through the development and deployment of acceleration vectors (AVs) – initiatives designed to drive transformative growth and value creation.
Lauri brings a distinguished and wide-ranging career spanning technology and professional services. She has held senior leadership roles at IBM, Honeywell, Twilio, the Corporate Executive Board, and SYPartners, and most recently served as a Senior Vice President at Salesforce. Across these organizations, Lauri led global go-to-market initiatives, helping clients drive growth through technology adoption, operational transformation, and organizational evolution.
Her work in data monetization, AI, disruptive technologies, and process re-engineering has given her a front-row perspective on rapidly changing markets and the strategies companies use to adapt and thrive.
