Ethos Capital Bolsters Senior Operating Team with New Executive Partners

The Addition of Caroline Campbell, Allie Kline, Colin Kessinger and Nagui Elyas Represents Over a Century’s Worth of Experience

BOSTON – Ethos Capital LP (“Ethos” or the “Firm”) announced today that Caroline CampbellAllie KlineColin Kessinger, and Nagui Elyas have joined the Firm as Executive Partners.

The four new additions each bring a unique skillset to the company and will join a distinguished group of 21 Executive Partners at Ethos, all of whom have a wealth of senior operating experience from top-tier organizations across various sectors. These partners are the backbone behind Ethos’ operating model, working hand-in-hand with companies throughout every stage of the investment process, leveraging their vast networks to add value wherever possible.

Caroline Campbell serves as a Founding Principal at LEO DIX, a boutique technology and business management consulting firm. With an emphasis on the convergence of data and technology, market positioning, and leadership development, she has advised a variety of Fortune 500 companies and tech startups throughout her career. She previously served as the Head of Communications at AOL and has held strategic roles at Google and ING Investment Services.

Allie Kline, also a Founding Principal of LEO DIX, is recognized for her expertise in organic and M&A-led business growth and transformation. She serves on the boards of Huntington Bank (NASDAQ: HBAN), BILL Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BILL), and the National Forest Foundation in addition to Identity Digital (an Ethos Capital portfolio company). Prior to LEO DIX, Kline held c-suite operating and marketing leadership roles at AOL, Verizon, and high-profile startups in the data, marketing and technology sectors.

Colin Kessinger is an accomplished leader in analytics and supply chain management, having served as a Managing Director within Accenture’s Applied Intelligence group. There he focused on the advanced applications of analytics in supply chain, pricing, and trade spend management, including the integration of End-to-End Analytics within Accenture, a 70-person business he founded in 2005 that was acquired in 2020, designed to help clients in industries such as CPG and retail deploy and scale AI solutions. Prior to Accenture and End-to-End Analytics, Colin also founded Vivecon, a company dedicated to delivering supply chain solutions using financial engineering concepts to optimize cost and performance.

Nagui Elyas is a specialist in education, training and development and a serial entrepreneur. A graduate of Alexandria University Faculty of Medicine, Nagui transitioned from practicing medicine in Egypt to higher education after relocating to the U.S., becoming COO of Nova Institute. Following his role at Nova, he co-founded Vocado, a cloud-based financial aid platform that optimizes funding for students and helps them manage aid more strategically, which was later acquired by Oracle. He went on to found Skilado, a reskilling training platform and currently serves as the CEO and chairman of Tekleen-Automatic Filters, an eco-based company building automatic water filtration systems.
