Boston – September 28, 2022 – Ethos Capital LP (“Ethos” or the “Firm”) announced today that Hayley Kirman has joined the Firm as a Vice President. Ms. Kirman will be involved in a range of investment functions, including due diligence, execution, and portfolio management.
Ms. Kirman joins Ethos from ABRY Partners (“ABRY”) where she focused on investments in the financial services, software, and business services sectors, and collaborated on multiple transactions with senior members of Ethos investment team also previously at ABRY including Chris Ritchie, who joined Ethos as a Partner in January of this year, followed by Scott Stevens who joined in March as a Principal.

Ms. Kirman has served on the board of directors of several companies, including Portfolio Group and Lighthouse Autism Center. Previously she worked as a strategy consultant at EY-Parthenon in its dedicated private equity practice, where she advised clients on transaction strategy and performed commercial market due diligence on target acquisitions. Ms. Kirman received a BA in Economics and a BA in Classics from Brown University.
